Grant-funded student exchange between UW Bothell in Washington, USA, and Southeastern Technological University (SETU) in Waterford, Ireland

Grant award 
Thanks to an Erasmus+ grant, each participating student will receive $3,500 to be used for lodging, food, airfare and local transportation costs. Tuition and out of pocket expenses are not covered by the grant.

Program Description

SETU students or UWB Health Studies or Nursing majors with junior or senior status can apply to complete their fieldwork requirement abroad (8 weeks on site) with a community organization in Ireland or U.S.. Gain health promotion experience working with Irish/US organizations, faculty and students!  

This unique exchange opportunity is funded by an Erasmus+ grant from the European Union and conducted in partnership with the Southeastern Technical University in Waterford, Ireland. Participants will receive $3,500 for lodging, airfare and food. Tuition is separate but can qualify for student financial aid or other types of assistance. 

This experience can also be completed with or without academic credit.
